Τhe marathon swimming champion Kelly Araouzou visits an elementary school part of the DIATROFI Program
On Wednesday, May 17th, students of an elementary school in the center of Athens, which participates in the DIATROFI Program, where visited by the marathon swimming champion Kelly Araouzou. Kelly spoke with all the children and answered dozens of questions about the the joys of sport, swimming and the rigorous requirements of this demanding sport.
She also gave useful advice to children about proper nutrition and the importance of everyday physical activity. In return, the students gave Kelly drawings and wished her many more successes in her future endeavours.
The visit took place at the initiative of GENESIS Pharma, whose donation this year, along with matching fund of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation, founding donor of the DIATROFI Program, secured daily food for the children of the particular school.
