Coordinators monitor proper storage and distribution of meals, collect random meal samples for quality control, supervise all activities, and gather feedback from students, parents\/guardians, and teachers. They are also responsible for identifying any issues and suggesting corrective actions.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Regular phone communication<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Weekly scheduled calls are made with school principals, and a continuous log is maintained of participants\u2019 feedback. Open lines of communication are maintained with all stakeholders, including a dedicated phone line for parents\/guardians and other interested parties.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Unannounced supplier visits<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure ongoing compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, suppliers agree to periodic unannounced inspections of their facilities. Following each visit, a report with conclusions and recommendations is prepared.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laboratory analyses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To certify meal quality and compliance with standards, all health regulations are strictly followed, and food samples are regularly tested in accredited external laboratories.
