Strict protocols and regular inspections ensure the hygiene and quality of meals distributed to students.
Daily presence in schools
Our coordination team is present in schools on a daily basis to support and oversee the implementation of procedures. Coordinators monitor proper storage and distribution of meals, collect random meal samples for quality control, supervise all activities, and gather feedback from students, parents/guardians, and teachers. They are also responsible for identifying any issues and suggesting corrective actions.
Regular phone communication
Weekly scheduled calls are made with school principals, and a continuous log is maintained of participants’ feedback. Open lines of communication are maintained with all stakeholders, including a dedicated phone line for parents/guardians and other interested parties.
Unannounced supplier visits
To ensure ongoing compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards, suppliers agree to periodic unannounced inspections of their facilities. Following each visit, a report with conclusions and recommendations is prepared.
Laboratory analyses
To certify meal quality and compliance with standards, all health regulations are strictly followed, and food samples are regularly tested in accredited external laboratories. These analyses include microbiological, chemical, and pesticide residue testing (e.g., in fruit).
